What we collect
We collect information you choose to give us through an enquiry, a free homepage direction request or client onboarding. This can include your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, services, service area, project goals and any content or brand assets you later send us.
What we do not ask for here
We do not ask for passwords or payment-card details through the public website forms. If access to a third-party service is genuinely needed for a project, we explain the appropriate secure way to provide or grant that access.
Why we use your information
We use the information to respond to enquiries, prepare a homepage direction, discuss and agree scope, deliver and support services you ask us to provide, keep appropriate business records and meet legal obligations.
Our basis for using it
Depending on the situation, we use information because you have asked us to take steps before entering into an agreement, because it is needed to deliver an agreed service, because we have a legitimate business interest in responding to and managing genuine enquiries, or because we need to meet a legal obligation.
Form processing and service providers
The contact and free homepage direction forms are processed using Formspree. We may also use hosting, infrastructure and email providers where needed to operate the website and deliver our services. We only share information with providers where it is needed for those purposes, and we do not sell your information.
Analytics
We do not use advertising pixels, session replay or behavioural advertising tracking on this website. We may use privacy-focused aggregate website analytics to understand page visits, campaign sources and site performance without building individual advertising profiles.
How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, project, ongoing service, business records or legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or securely disposed of.
Your rights
