What you're agreeing to
No small print games. Here are the terms of a managed plan in the same words we'd use on the phone.
- Billed monthly. Weekly figures are approximate equivalents, not payment options.
- 6-month minimum term.
- 30 days' notice after the minimum term.
- A free private homepage direction comes first. If you proceed, we agree the package, scope and terms before building the full site privately.
- If you proceed, you approve the full private build before billing begins.
- Your website scope is agreed before we build.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted before we do it.
- When the subscription ends, the managed website comes offline.
- You keep your domain, email, logo, photographs and supplied business content.
- Built By Blackwell retains the managed website design and code unless you purchase it separately.
- Unused routine content updates do not roll over into future months.
Routine updates are small changes to existing content, such as prices, images, opening hours, testimonials and wording. Essential includes 1 per month, Growth 2 and Priority 4. Unused updates do not roll over. Major new sections, redesigns, ecommerce, complex booking systems, large content migrations and substantial integrations or bespoke development may be quoted separately.
