Onboarding
One proper kick-off, then we get out of your way
The initial enquiry only asks for the basics: who you are, how to reach you and what you want to achieve. Once we've agreed the package, the kick-off collects everything we need to build the site well — in one go, rather than drip-feeding questions at you for a fortnight.
We never ask for passwords in a form. Where account access is genuinely needed, we'll walk you through granting it securely instead.
